The terms and conditions governing the use of our services.

1. Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply:
  • "Dashboard" refers to Beyondtech's platform used to manage accounts, perform disbursement transactions, view reports, and manage user profiles.
  • "User" refers to any individual or entity registered and authorized to access and use the Dashboard.
  • "Merchant/Company" refers to a business entity that uses the Dashboard to manage financial transactions.
  • "Transaction" refers to any financial instruction made through the Dashboard, including single transfers and bulk transfers.
  • "Admin" refers to a user appointed by the Merchant/Company and/or Beyondtech with specific administrative authority.

2. Scope of Use

The Dashboard may only be used for lawful business purposes and in compliance with applicable regulations.

The scope of use includes, but is not limited to:
  1. Registration, verification, and management of user accounts.
  2. Inputting, updating, and managing business information.
  3. Executing disbursement transactions, both single and bulk transfers.
  4. Approval and authorization processes based on assigned roles and authorities.
  5. Accessing, monitoring, and downloading transaction reports, balances, and activity history.
  6. Managing account security, including credential protection and user access control.

2.1 Prohibited Activities

Users are strictly prohibited from:
  1. Misusing data or information obtained through the Dashboard for unlawful purposes or in ways that may harm other parties.
  2. Unauthorized access, hacking attempts, exploiting system vulnerabilities, or any actions that compromise system security and integrity.
  3. Manipulating data, creating fictitious transactions, or engaging in activities that may pose financial or reputational risks.
  4. Using the Dashboard for activities that violate applicable laws and regulations.

Violations of these provisions may result in restricted access, account suspension, service termination, and/or legal action in accordance with applicable laws.

2.2 Regulatory Compliance and Reporting

To fulfill legal obligations and comply with applicable laws and regulations, the Company reserves the right to:
  1. Access, process, store, and/or disclose certain data or information to authorized regulators, including but not limited to Bank Indonesia.
  2. Provide data or information to law enforcement agencies or other authorities upon official request in accordance with applicable laws.
  3. Report certain transactions as required under applicable regulatory reporting obligations.

3. User Rights and Obligations

  1. Users must maintain the confidentiality of their Dashboard account, password, and PIN.
  2. Users are fully responsible for all activities conducted through their accounts.
  3. Users must ensure that all submitted data (business profile, beneficiary account details, transaction amount, etc.) is accurate and lawful.
  4. Users have the right to access reports, perform transactions within the available balance, and download data according to Dashboard features.
  5. Users must comply with Indonesian laws and regulations related to payment systems, Anti-Money Laundering (AML), and Counter-Terrorism Financing (CTF).

4. Beyondtech’s Rights and Obligations

4.1 Beyondtech’s Rights

Beyondtech reserves the right to refuse, cancel, delay, or suspend transactions that are suspected of violating laws and regulations, considered suspicious, or inconsistent with internal policies and risk management procedures.

Beyondtech may temporarily or permanently freeze or restrict account access if there are indications of misuse, legal violations, or breaches of these Terms and Conditions.

Beyondtech may conduct system maintenance, upgrades, or other technical actions that may affect Dashboard availability, with prior notice whenever possible or without prior notice in emergency situations.

4.2 Beyondtech’s Obligations

Beyondtech is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality, security, and integrity of user data in accordance with applicable data protection laws and regulations.

Beyondtech is not liable for any losses or consequences arising from errors, negligence, or inaccurate data entered by the user, including but not limited to incorrect account numbers, transaction amounts, or duplicate transactions.

5. Transactions and Settlement

  1. All transactions will be processed based on the available balance in the user’s account.
  2. Transactions that have been approved and processed cannot be canceled.
  3. Settlement follows the schedule of partner banks and payment partners cooperating with Beyondtech.
  4. Administrative fees (admin fees) will be automatically deducted in accordance with applicable terms.

6. System Security

  1. The Dashboard uses SSL/TLS encryption, Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), and audit logs.
  2. Users are responsible for securing the devices used to access the Dashboard.
  3. Beyondtech is not responsible for losses resulting from a user’s negligence in maintaining account security.

7. Limitation of Liability

  1. Beyondtech is not responsible for transaction failures caused by third-party disruptions (banks, internet networks, or force majeure events).
  2. Beyondtech does not guarantee uninterrupted Dashboard availability at all times but will make reasonable efforts to maintain optimal uptime.
  3. Any losses arising from user errors are fully the responsibility of the user.

8. Changes to the Terms and Conditions

  1. Beyondtech reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time.
  2. Changes will be communicated through the Dashboard or official Beyondtech channels
  3. Continued use of the Dashboard after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms and Conditions.

9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

  1. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.
  2. In the event of a dispute, the parties agree to resolve the matter amicably through mutual discussion.
  3. If no agreement is reached, the dispute shall be resolved through legal proceedings in accordance with the applicable laws of Indonesia.
