What is the difference between Single Transfer and Bulk Transfer?

Single Transfer: Send funds to one recipient by manual entry. Bulk Transfer: Send funds to multiple recipients at once by uploading a file.

How do I create a Single Transfer transaction?

Select Disbursement > Transaction > Single Transfer, then enter bank details, account number, amount, and notes if needed.

How do I create a Bulk Transfer transaction?

Select Bulk Transfer, upload a file using the provided template, then review details before submitting.

Can I add notes to a transaction?

Yes, a Notes field is available in the transaction form.

How do I check my transaction status?

Transaction status is available under Disbursement > Report or via email notifications.

What are the possible transaction statuses?
  • Pending: Awaiting approval
  • Approved: Approved and waiting for processing
  • Success: Funds transferred successfully
  • Failed: Transfer unsuccessful (see report for reasons)
How do I approve a transaction?

Admins or approvers go to Disbursement > Approve, review the details, and approve pending transactions.

Who can approve transactions?

Only users with specific roles (Admin/Approver).

Can I reject a transaction?

Yes. Transactions may be rejected if deemed invalid.

How can I view transaction reports?

Go to Disbursement > Report and use filters (date, transaction ID, bank, status).

Can reports be downloaded?

Yes, click Export to download in Excel/CSV format.

Can I quickly search for specific transactions?

Yes, search by Transaction ID or Account Number.

Can I see admin fees for each transaction?
